Lunch for today : misi makan makanan kesihatan *UPDATED

Yeeeyyy i just finished cooking lunch...hehhe so early rite.Hana is sleeping since last 1.5 hours so....i just take dis opportunity to cook...i will explain about the recipe later.....I managed to cook chicken with carrot & potato soup and blackpaper chicken....i consider this as a healthy meal which at the same time menyokong my husband nya new year resolution : eat healthy food.


Recipe : Chicken Blackpaper

Ingredient :

2 ketul dada ayam

kentang potong ala wedges (time ni I malas so xder kentang)

4 biji cili padi

2 biji bawang besar (mr husband suka bwg besar so 2...if u guys nak taruk satu pun ok) : potong bulat

2 ulas bawang putih :ricih halus

garam kunyit

5 sudu besar serbuk blackpaper maggie dibancuh bersama air

secubit asam jawa adabi (senang)

2 sudu besar sos tiram


Method :

Potong dada ayam into cube size then mixed togeteher with garam kunyit and put some blackpaper.Perap for 10mint.Masuk kan 2 sudu besar minyak dan panas kan.Then masukkan ayam yg diperam bersama2 dengan garlic....goreng sehingga garing.masukkan sos tiram,bawang besar & bancuhan blackpaper maggie.Masak sehingga 10 mint..masukkan asam jawa,cili padi dan kentang....masak sehingga 15 mint...SIAPPPP....:)

Now i am waiting for my husband to comeback from servicing our car....Hana stilll.....di ulik mimpi...take your time my lil princess. let ibu rest for a while....then bleh tengok some tutorial at youtube :)
