Last weekend makan shark's fin soup yang buat sendiri for our family dinner...selama ni makan kat luar je this menu tak penah terfikir pun nak buat sendiri...this time my parents yg ajar since diaorg dh try a few times at home.Senang je rupanya :)
Initial plan is my mum ckp this shark's fin soup is for our appetiser then my mum masak lauk simple2 for main course..so kitaorg pun makan la dgn gembiranya....i just share my experince makan shark's fin soup dgn cili potong masa pregnantkan hana...so semua ikut then ckp sedap tup tup semua tambah smpai 3 mangkuk sorang...hahahhahaha end up semua kenyang.....then xnak makan dh...hehehhee
So i just wanna share recipe for this soup:
Bahan2:
200g isi ketam segar
20g crab stick
200g shark's fin
1 liter stock ayam or cube ayam
2 sudu besar tepung jagung
4 sudu besar air
60 ml minyak jagung
Garam n srbuk lada sulah
Jagung manis @ sweet corn
Cara2
Masukan satu liter stock ayam or 1 liter air dengan cube ayam bersama2 minyak jagung..then tunggu smpai mendidih.
Masukkan shark's fin dan isi ketam kedalam air didihan tadi selama 20 mint
Then masuk kan serbuk lada sulah,garam n sweet corn.
Wait untill 10 mint,barula masukkan crab stick then tunggu sehingga mendidih.Last but not least masukkan bancuhan tepung jagung td....
Tadaaaa...siap....u can eat with roti or just makan bergitu sahaja.
Senang je kan...selamat mencuba

Cuba2...makanan kesihatan.leh beli yg frozen kat tesco,giant or carrefour ada.cari kat area frozen food.rupa dia mcm soon
